Return Policy

At Dream Store, we value our customer’s satisfaction and strive to offer high-quality products. Below is our refund policy, which outlines the conditions under which we accept returns.

We accept returns in the following cases:

1. Damaged products: If you receive an order that arrives damaged, we offer you the option to return it and receive a full refund or a replacement product. We ask that you provide photographic evidence of the damage so we can process the return.

2. Incorrect products shipped: If you have received a product that you did not order, you can return it and receive a full refund or request the correct product to be sent. We take responsibility for shipping errors and will work to resolve the issue quickly and satisfactorily for you.

3. Incorrect measurements: If the product page for the item you ordered lists its measurements and the product you received deviates from these by more than 3 centimeters, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If the product page for the item you ordered does not list its measurements, no exchanges will be made for size issues. In such cases, the customer assumes the full risk of not getting the desired measurements, and we do not take responsibility.

We do not accept returns in the following cases :

1. Size issues: We do not accept returns if the product does not fit you or if you selected the wrong size and the error was on your part. We recommend that you consult our size guides and product descriptions before placing your order to ensure you choose the right size, as we sometimes mention how the sizes fit. Normally, the sizes should match the clothes you already have at home. For products with a size guide on their page, we will not accept a return if the measurements of what you received do not differ by more than 3 cm. If the product does not have a size chart on its page, we do not assume any responsibility and the customer voluntarily assumes all risk.

2. Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product: We do not accept returns if the product does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind after making the purchase. We encourage you to carefully review the product information and images in the cart before confirming your order.

IMPORTANT: We are also not responsible if the delivery driver attempts to deliver the package and the customer is not at home, and then the customer does not pick up the package if the driver leaves it at a pickup point. It is IMPORTANT to be alert for any calls or SMS notifications (these are usually the methods used), as if a delivery attempt is made and no one is home, they will contact you via the email or phone number provided when placing the order to inform you where to pick it up or to arrange a new delivery date.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice and will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Service. The revised Policy will become effective 180 days after it is posted on the Service, and your continued access or use of the Service after such time will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. IMPORTANT: Please remember to enter your shipping address correctly. Some of you are adding incomplete or incorrect addresses, and we have to contact you individually, requiring you to pay an additional €25 for reshipping, which is what the delivery company charges. We are not responsible if the package is lost or damaged due to this. Just be careful when filling in your information! It’s not that hard ; )

Return Process :
