Our standard delivery time is approximately 6 to 12 days worldwide. As always, we remind you that it is important to be attentive to any calls or SMS notifications (these are the most commonly used methods), as if a delivery attempt is made and no one is home, they will contact you via the email or phone number provided when placing the order to inform you where to pick up your order or to arrange a new delivery date.

Our shipping is free worldwide, that’s all.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number at the email address you provided during checkout to track your order in real time. Packages are not dispatched on the same day of the order; they may take from 1 to 5 days to be shipped.

In the meantime, if you request the tracking code of your order via Instagram, we will be happy to provide it along with the website you can use for tracking.

The sizes of the products are generally similar to the original ones. Currently, we do not have a size chart for the products.

We only process returns or exchanges if the product you received is not the size or the product you ordered. We recommend carefully reviewing the product details before finalizing your purchase to ensure you select the correct size and color.
